"Ive stayed here many times. This is a great property. However, this time, I was a bit frustrated with the airport shuttle. I waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle. Not only that, the shuttle was not marked "Holiday Inn" . So by the time I got my luggage from my flight, to my room, it was just over an hour. After a very long flight, long day, that is too much wait time to get to the hotel."

"Stayed 2 nights at the end of our trip. First room was a suite but had a terrible sewer smell from the bathroom. Second room was on a lower floor, also a suite, and remodeled. Much more comfortable and pleasant. Lots of room for luggage, great breakfast with good coffee and lots of variety. The hotel is clean and safe. Lovely flower arrangements throughout. Good location for shopping and dining. "

"The staff is amazing. They are helpful and will do whatever they can to advise on quick and thoughtful matters. The building is aged and has challenges expected for the hotel age. "I extended my stay in Ecuador just to stay her 2 evenings. So happy I did! Soaking in the hot springs outside of the room at 3am was divine. I had 3 spa treatments and they were all top! The main volcanic hot springs are super cool and the spa springs are also sweet. Love the jets to massage your back. Definitely a worthwhile visit and will recommend to my friends and hope to be back on day. … cannot fail to mention the Service and Staff are exceptional. "
