"Food was really good, staff and service other than first day when checked in was good. Room I checked in first was broken down - ac was making noise, bath plug was stuck and it could not come out, staff didn’t come to check waited for an hour. Then went downstairs and was moved to another room which was much nicer. "

The fire alarm went off at 4 a.m.and as we prepared to leave our room it stopped. No one contacted us to reassure or apologise. We had breakfast. Very average and again, staff were scarce and not that cheerful. 'Sit where you like and help yourself; its through there '. We also stayed for dinner. Decent menu but food average....
