"Room was comfortable. Breakfast on first morning was good however due to an oven fault on the second morning choice was very limited. Lift wasn’t working when we were leaving which meant having to carry all luggage downstairs from the 3rd floor. "

"We only stayed for one night as we were flying early the next morning. Beds were comfy, TV was nice and big. Only gripe is there is no drink making facilities in the room, free coffee and tea is available near reception, just be nice to have the ability to make a drink in your room. As the hotel is called ibis budget, it's not going to be a premier in or holiday express, for the price we payed, we can't complain"

"The property was great for a very short stay! Free parking is always a bonus. Just a few things though.. the walls are like paper so if there is someone in the room next door with their tv on, you can hear it as if it’s your own- if their alarm goes off, it will very quickly wake you too etc- if you are on the ground floor and don’t mind people looking into your room when opening the curtains- keep them closed for your trip The room unfortunately, had only 1 working plug socket out of 2 next...

"I think this hotel has got a bad reputation from previous reviews but I think you have to contextualise the market that they target. Clearly it is a budget option and the standards obviously mirror this. Could it be better? Yes of course, but then it would be more expensive. I felt it was very convenient for staying the night after a festival I attended, it had everything and more than I needed e.g. clean sheets, warm heater, excellent fast WiFi, TV, clean bathroom/ toiletries, TV and coffee/tea...

"Don’t stay here if it’s hot weather unless you like to hear the drone of the provided fan all night . Our room (17) was oppressively hot all night ! Not the best nights sleep . "

"Room service offered and was excellent and quick. They supplied bucket of ice for my husband who had knee surgery and needed to ice his knee. Over and above I would say. Food from restaurant was very nice. Hotel only supplies whole milk but when I asked the gentleman at breakfast went above and beyond to get me some semi skimmed which was excellent!! Bar prices are very reasonable. All in all a great stay at the Littleover Lodge! "
