"Easy parking. Friendly receptionist checked us in and gave directions to restaurant which was open despite it being 14:00. Good food in the restaurant. However, I must comment on the breakfast which was one of the best we have experienced. The Orang juicer gave fresh juice. The hot food was freshly cooked and appetising and there were 4 Coffee machines all of which worked. Our room was quiet despite having the ring road only 150 metres away. "Our stay here was pretty decent overall. The staff were really good, the only issue I had was they wouldn't clean your room every day so you would have to call and ask. Also a little bit limited on dining options in the area. But still convenient to get around."

"The Airport Shuttle was advertised in a message to us as “On Request - call the hotel on arriving at the airport”. However, it turns out that the Shuttle runs on a fixed schedule - every half hour only. Overall, a positive experience though. The rail connectivity was a big plus with the train station right across the hotel. Really liked that the room was clean and comfortable, including the bed and the bathroom. "A very pleasant surprise, a much better stay than expected. Room was large and spacious, and clean. Good amenities and a very comfortable stay. Bathrooms could be upgraded to include a walk in shower, that would be my only gripe. Hotel located in a good area, with lots of food nearby. Métro is a 10min walk away, gets you to the main places. Tram was close by but we didn’t have time to use them. "

"We stayed in a family room at this hotel (2 adults, a 2 year old and a 5 month old). The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from Grand Place and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We were really impressed with the check in process. Our room was ready before 3pm and the staff member checking us in was very nice. She even gave our daughters a little toy each, which they absolutely loved. When we got to our room we noticed that the cot beds we had requested were not there but...
