However, the room had no drinking glasses, the fridge was broken, they could not provide ice when needed, there was no hair dryer in the room, there was no conditioner available, the staff could not provide me with a printed receipt upon check out, the breakfast was not self serve (behind a screen) and selection and quantity was very bad. There are better options around this property. I will not stay here again."

"Terrible mi experiencia en bogota. El deposito de la.tasa del baño no caía agua. Tenía que estar llenándolo manualmente con una jarra. La alberca no servia y fue la principal razón por la que yo me hospede ahí. Lo del bańo se reporto en el edificio y con hoteles.com, intentaron contactarse con el anfitrión sin éxito alguno. NO recomiendo este alojamiento. Solicito reembolso de mi estadía "
