"This hotel is old and need maintenance badly. Breakfast if you not attending at 6am you probably will just eat what was left, no replacement. The door to elevator used to be open with your door card but it was broken and anyone had access to the floors"

"Muito confuso o atendimento tanto na chegada como na saída, a culpa não é dos funcionários e sim de um sistema que eles não sabem mexer e nas duas ocasiões precisaram de ajuda. O quarto que ficamos é muito bom, cama boa, bem iluminado, espaçoso com uma mini cozinha. A pressão da água no banho é maravilhosa, nota mil. Não pegaram documentos da minha esposa, por que? E se fosse uma menor de idade? Não existe registro nenhum da passagem dela por esse hotel, erro gravíssimo. "
