"Our first impression of Le Carre Noir was breathtaking. The drive up was dramatic, the view spectacular. The staff were cordial but we were offered no help with our bags and the key card system was down when we arrived. "Whilst being a little out of the town, the location is super with views across the valley to the mountain range. The staff were very friendly and informative, the breakfast was excellent and our room was a good size with everything as advertised. We will ensure to stay longer next time. "

"Everything is in good walking distance and the pool was nice. Also the reception staff were really friendly and so helpful. Only complaints were the shower was half broken (probably should have mentioned it to the staff but I couldn’t be bothered) and the bed has probably been slept in by 10,000 people and needs a new mattress. Ils ont remis en service la salle de sport pour me permettre de réaliser mon activité sportive, salle bien équipée en matériel. La piscine chauffée à débordement plonge sur une vue de la mer magnifique. Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier du restaurant qui été en fin de travaux, mais service du petit dejeuner assuré et servi dans la chambre,....

"We stayed at the residence and not the hotel per se (a few minutes walking). The room was comfortable and quiet. Free parking was a plus. Only downside was the wifi which was very weak and sometimes totally down. "
