"The hotel is very clean and in a good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to make a room change once we arrived and they were able to accommodate that. It was quite hot and the rooms are not air-conditioned so they also provided us with a fan for each room. The breakfast buffet is excellent."

"Very good stay. We had a jr suite in Artisan House. The various properties are very different so would think experience would differ based on what property they put you in. Location of all are good. Breakfast option is good but you can also walk 5 minutes to bakery and eat there. Their bread is excellent (Sandholt). Reception was helpful when needed."
