"In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. "It was a really good and convenient place to stay. It is really close (walking distance) to the train station and to downtown where you find lots of places to shop and eat. The beautiful Christmas Market is also downtown if one goes during that season. The museums are close too- there is one actually right next to the hotel that is really nice- and transportation is a step away. I highly recommend it!"

"The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"

"We stayed one night while travelling home. The hotel was very nice and clean. The only problem we had was it was very hot and we couldn’t turn the heating off. Would recommend this hot as the setting is beautiful and the surrounding are very quiet. "
