"We paid for a balcony room and werent given this. our neighbors were noisy teenagers who played music and partied until 4 am (when you are on a ski trip you want to rest for the next day) but this was impossible. I called the reception multiple times but they did not help me warning our neighbors about the noise because they were very “busy”. It was very annoying and frustrating. "

"It's an easy walk to the Grotto and there's a great restaurant nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room could've been a bit cleaner. We weren't initially aware the halls near the elevators had motion-sensor lights and they didn't activate once so we were confused and in the dark."

"We have stayed here several times as it is a perfect dog friendly hotel. We pay for a room with a patio which is great for the dogs. The area is ideal for walkers and the scenery is spectacular. The town of Torla is unique with beautiful buildings, well worth exploring."

"We have been surprised by the poor level of service of this hotel. It's rated 4 stars we paid more than 160 euros by night but they were several issues. The restaurant was quite often complete, we were not informed in advance. We made the queue to be then informed that it was complete. Hopefully for the breakfasts we took it during the booking. Nevertheless , we had to wait minimum 30 minutes to get in. The servers were overwhelmed. Inside a lot of products were not renewed. We already waited...
