My family and I took the Eurostar into Gare du Nord and Uber to the hotel, had we known we would have taken the metro system that. It was only a few stops away and we took it when getting back to the Eurostar leaving the city after. The staff is pleasant there and going in and out there was always security in the lobby."

"We had a comfortable stay. We would only say that the room service should say last orders at 10.30pm not that it stops at 11pm as at 10.45pm you could not order so after a long day we had to go to the near by mc donalds. Other than that the stay,staff was fantastic."
