"The room design is different, we liked it. We had a lovely garden view. We stayed on weeknights and the club/bar area was quiet. The days were very warm the last week of August, and the AC was adequate. Apparently most accommodations don't have AC, so we felt lucky. We walked everywhere from our hotel to see the sights. Train station close enough to walk, but Uber was easier! The location was ideal for us."

Sound deadening was excellent and we didn't have any noise from any other rooms in the vicinity. Staff were very welcoming and well presented. They allowed us to store some luggage for us before check-in and allow for us to travel around the city before it was time to check-in. "Avoid staying near room 117. Someone is always smoking under windows and you can not open your winodows. As there is no air conditioning in the room in can get very hot. Asked in reception several time no reaction. "

"This was our fourth stay at this hotel. It has changed hands over last several years but has changed very little in its nice and quaint historic appearance. Breakfast was good. A lack of air conditioning during the visit caused some discomfort, but higher temperatures were unexpected. This hotel is located within walking distance of most trail areas (and there are a lot of trail areas). "
