"We stayed here one night prior to plane travel. Just to note that you have to call the hotel for the airport shuttle upon arrival at Barajas. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the airport but there can be heavy traffic. The hotel is modern and the room is comfortable and quiet. The pool is not heated. The little commercial area has some good restaurants. The metro is a short walk through a residential area. "

"When I visit Madrid again, this will be my go to visit. When I got there, this place had only been open for 10 days. My Spanish isn’t the greatest but most of the staff spoke English fluently enough to understand my concerns and help me through any issues I may have had.
