"Transportation was key there were 2 buses that ran right in front of the hotel and train was about 5 minutes away. The hotel was extremely quiet especially for a place that had bus load of people being dropped off every day. I have nothing negative too say."

"Pros: The Staff make this a 7 Star Hotel! Mariam was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure everything on our stay was perfect! Farouk, Manel and Mariam were all so sweet, helpful and kind. The rooms were very nice and the Nespresso machine was greatly appreciated. Cons: Heater did not work very well and some amenities like lotion and shower caps were not available. "

"Very friendly receptionist on check-in. She noticed my wife was not very steady on her feet, so changed our room to an accessible room in an annex on the ground floor. "After having read a number of negative reviews about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed in one of the nice renovated rooms. The hotel was in a lovely location close to the castle. The service was good and staff helpful. My only small complaint is there was no shower gel in my room nor milk for tea/coffee."

"Wonderful service. Very professional and caring team starting with the hotel manager, front desk, restaurant team, and general management. We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely want to come back. I wish they would offer room service after 10pm. There are no dining options in the area and the hotel restaurant stop service at 9:30-10pm. "

"A Horrific Experience at Best ! Firstly this Hotel is pending refurbishment. The refurbishment is meant to commence on July 6th 2020 - October 31 2020. Unfortunately they have decided to punish all clientele by forcing them to stay on the premise and pay full price for a dilapidated Hotel that is in dire need of an upgrade !
