"This was a newer property with many environmentally friendly amenities - like woodwork through the room, a lack of tacky art and an overall ambience that was sharp yet minimalist. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were eager to please and helped make the start of our trip a perfect one. The downside was a lack of air conditioning. The room could get too hot. Thankfully we were not staying during the heat of summer or it would have been miserable. I wish it had A/C."

"The people in this hotel are super friendly specially the waitress. We got an upgrade to a room with stairs (beautiful room), but because of my knee we couldn’t take ut. They immediately found another room and where patients until we switched the rooms. The hotel is very close to the funicular station and to the center so you don’t need the car to move around. Also we got from the hotel a transportation card making cheap and easy to go around Bolzano. Very good hotel"

"Overall it was a lovely stay. The food was very good, both for breakfast and dinner. I also loved that they offered fresh juices, which is not something many places offer. I think the hotel rooms are in need of refurbishing as they are quite dated. I also think the hotel should definitely be fitted with air conditioning as it was far too hot throughout the whole hotel, in the gym and in our room. We had the electric fan going all night and the window open but that still did not allow for a fully...

"The valley that Hotel Rössl is located in is simply beautiful. The hotel was superb and the breakfast was excellent! Our room felt like two separate rooms. Beautiful views too!! It was clean, comfortable and resort-like. Very impressed. I cannot imagine anyone knocking a place like this. Staff were super friendly. "
