"The property is so open and vast — looks industrial from afar but super cozy and intimate once inside. The spa is great— awesome rooftop (hopefully they are getting the spa tub fixed on the roof to work as well as the one down below!).. room balconies make the rooms romantic and spacious! "Just confirming the first impression: it is not the check in time, it is not that I was expecting a 5 stars service, as the owner keep saying, I was expect some courtesy. The hotel is nice and clean, the owner is just rude, it assault you verbally (first things to discuss my negative first impression was to wait for me on Sunday morning before breakfast and stop me to “discuss”) and I am taking comfort from the fact that I am not the only one but she has lots of negative reviews. No hard feeling...
