"Great place to stay. Outside the heavily tourist areas but close to metro"

"I had a run-in with a staff member who was a Middle Eastern man of about 35 to 45 maybe 5'8 who stopped me at the door when I was trying to come into the hotel one night. I was filming content for my Travel blog, When he stopped me, he became very agitated and aggressive. I did not appreciate this. I am heavily tattooed and have a younger look in regards to the way I dress and it seemed like he thought I did not belong there. I was offended."

"Check-in was at 3pm but the staff made me wait till 3.40pm and I was already exhausted travelling and roaming around. I know it was Easter week and it would be busy but still I was not really happy with check-in but the other services were really good and the room was really clean and well maintained. I liked the area and the roof top restaurant was food with the Sagrada Familia view and my room had view of Sagrada Familia, all in all I would give 4.5 rating"

"Just returned from a brilliant week at the Barcelona Princess. The hotel was very modern and impeccably clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the complimentary water and drinks in the mini bar. The rooftop pool was heated and had amazing views over Barcelona. The location of the hotel was perfect with the shopping mall next door and metro close by, on a direct line to the city centre. There is also a beach only a few minutes walk away.
