The staff members in all roles were helpful and pleasant. There is no restaurant for evening meals but Sitges has many attractive alternatives. The breakfast is fine and pffers a wide range of foods. The hot buffet could do with an update, otherwise it is good. Fabulous view from our room over the pool, garden and beach and sea. The hotel is clean...

"The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept. Breakfast was delicious and convenient. There is parking available a short walk from the hotel lobby. They do have lifts. Staff wasn't overly friendly. Customer service was just ok. We did not prebook spa services and were not able to get in for services while we were there. We were not able to decline maid service. They use a strong chemical air freshener in the hallways if you're respiratory sensitive."
