"Aesthetically from the outside, the hotel has clearly seen better days but that goes for most hotels in this area. Inside it’s clean and of a good standard. We only had breakfast in the hotel and the variety and quality were both good, although you’re spoilt for choice locally with various great places to eat and drink. Service was ok. On arrival, despite completing check-in online it was very disorganised; being asked to sign forms again, to present passports over and over, issues calculating...

"Excellent location for the area with a 10min walk to the cathedral and centre where restaurants and shops are abundant. The hotel is beautiful and we would return the staff especially Heidi were helpful. My slight issue was the breakfast as we do not eat pork it was limited to eggs nothing like a vegetarian sausage to add but apart from that we managed as everything else was perfect"
