The professionalism of the front desk staff, housekeeping, and dining room was excellent. I always felt the friendliest and dedication of all the staff. The entire facility was always clean and secure. I would certainly choose this location for all future visits to Johannesburg. "

The hotel is surrounded by the Nelson Mandela plaza and mall. You have access to many stores and food places. The bar/restaurant at the hotel offered some of the best meals and drinks. Must stay here. This hotel is great for family, couples and business. It was less than 30 minutes away from airport and 5 minute walking for everything else...

"Pleasant clean hotel with comfy bed, I had one of the larger rooms so that was great. Sadly I wasn’t aware that the Hotel dosnt have an Alcohol license, so this wasn’t ideal & I wouldn’t have stayed there if I had known. Two nights someone was having a party in one of the rooms late at night, and I had to go down to Reception at 1am as no one was answering the phones, to complain.
