"This place was very quaint! The beds and the room was very cute - we had a balcony that overlooked the town and the mountains. "An amazing stay right on the town square in Ortisei. Beautiful historic property but service and food surpassed expectations - half board is highly recommended and excellent value. Service was top level at both reception and the restaurant (Sisi was our favourite!). Junior suite was large enough for family of 4 and housekeeping was excellent. Spa treatments (at their partner hotel) were also exceptional. The stay surpassed our exceptions and highly recommended."

"The hotel is well equipped with a great swimming pool and spa facilities. The dining room are a little rigid. Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. This did lead to a misunderstanding between us and the restaurant but I was very pleased to see that the Owner and Manager of the hotel took our concerns seriously and addressed them promptly.
