"The spa is downright false advertising. The hotel website has a whole page about the spa, featuring various steam rooms, etc, and saying the wellness area is open starting 8 in the morning. The reality is that all wellness facilities remained closed in the morning with the exception of a lukewarm bathtub sized whirlpool even after we complained to the hotel manager. Given that we picked this hotel because of the spa this was quite a turnoff. The room and the hotel bar were all right."

The hotel has great amenities including the restaurant, foyer bar and lounge, and the spa which was modern, very clean and included a dry sauna, steam room, outdoor cedar hot tub, and a cold plunge. "The absolute WORST stay I've had in years of traveling! The apartment is right above a bar where they play loud music with heavy beat every evening. On one evening the loud beat was so unbearable that we had to go downstairs and ask them to lower the volume, which they did a bit.
