"Hotel was a 5 minute walk from the ferry. We had a sea view so could watch the ferries come and go. It was well soundproofed and very quiet. Room was clean. Beds and pillows rather hard. "Lovely setting, very welcoming and a spacious room. The pool area and bar are the real standouts with the staff creating a great ambience. The hotel itself is quite isolated so a car is a must. The breakfast service was strangely dominated by a ‘Basil Fawltyesque’ head waiter who made the atmosphere of the dining room akin to the moon. I believe the hotel are aware! Overall recommended."
