"Don’t be seduced by the pool or view. There are no bins as you have to take away your own rubbish although they give your a barcode to dispose of it. There is no air-con and it is quite dirty as you can see in the pictures. Also no wifi in the property but we were told we could access it outside by using the code in reception but its really slow when working. The kitchen area was small and quite unuseable and also you are not provided with any cloths, detergent or tea towels to clean up with but...

"We had a one bedroom apartment at this property. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location of the property was very convenient, within walking distance from downtown. The pool was an added bonus. Also, having air conditioning made our stay comfortable. A few things I’d suggest for improvement… we arrived late at night and there were no towels. Apparently these have to be rented and we had to pay additional fees. Also, the kitchen had nothing we could use…salt, pepper, sugar, oil… we...

"There was good communication in advance which is always helpful. The apartment was true to the photos. It is a 15 minute walk along the road straight into the heart of lovely Sta Teresa di Gallura centre. The apartment complex has two pools which we did not use as the rules state you must wear a swimming hat and we had not brought any. "Das Appartement ist klein und funktional ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist datiert, aber da man doch die meiste Zeit am Strand ist, ist dies eher irrelevant. Was mich persönlich irritiert hat, war die Anzahl Dekorationsartikel, die man auf ca 40 qm verteilen kann. Tipp: Man muss z.B. nicht jeden Platz an einer Wand mit einem Bild bedecken. Der Pool war sauber und angenehm. Der Kontakt mit den Vermieteter gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war realistisch. nicht alle Bilder etc. Aufhängen."
