"This was a good hotel close to train station, area a bit unsafe in surrounding streets. WE had to change our travel plans due to out of our control situation, this was the only hotel to not change our plans with no cost, in fact they charged us the full amount of the lost night which left a sour taste so be careful when booking with this hotel."

"Lots of graffiti everywhere. The Centro part of town has unpaved, narrow, one way streets. Two neighborhood restaurants were excellent and offered very good value. "Tiara I think upgraded us to Room 100 which is suite. However, the door needed a key to open from the inside (to get out) which means we had to remove the key to operate the lights to use the key to open the door. When we do that, it s dark and can’t see the door. Luckily-our phone has a flashlight. Tiara meant well and we were just tired to be transferred to another room. Iyo and Tiara and Bruno were nice and very helpful."

"This hotel grew on me. The room wasn’t warm and inviting, but I liked the high ceilings. There were lovely parts of the hotel we did not have time to explore. It was disappointing to have the “pool” be only a jacuzzi that closes early and was closed completely on Christmas Day. I book hotels to specifically use the pool and gym. Otherwise it was nice.
