"The thermal pools are really fun. They were doing construction on a new area. Noisy, but it didn't affect using the pools that were open. The staff was nice, hotel was clean, but has been a while since last renovation."

"This is an excellent hotel. The staff, location and quality of dining is 5-star. I would stay again. Parking is an additional fee of SF15/day. The only complaint is there is no air conditioning in the rooms. On hot days, or even warm days, the rooms are overly warm and the only option is to wait until nightfall and open the patio door - which is a better option if you are not on the ground floor. "We were warmly greeted by the Chateau staff who were extremely pleasant and courteous. The history and charm of the Chateau could quickly be felt upon arrival and did not disappoint for the rest of our stay! The grounds were well manicured and blooming beautifully at this time of the year. I highly recommend a romantic weekend getaway for two using the spa facilities if ever in the area! "

"Very happy with our stay overall. Just one suggestion. In bedrooms where you have instead of king size beds single beds placed next to each other, they tend to move and a gap opens between them. Perhaps they can be locked together so they remain in place. Another very minor comment, the breakfast room needs to also have big spoons for those eating cereals. Perhaps they were there, but we couldn’t find one. Again, much enjoyed our stay, thank you to your staff, will certainly be back."
