Jai du monter mon bagage de plus de 20kg tout seul et ca jusqu'au 4 eme etage. De plus les espaces sont restreins. Globalement, cetait bien"

I also had difficulty getting a hold of a tour company I booked through and the hotel staff called them throughout the day until they got back to me. It was incredible and a huge stress reliever.
