"Really good hotel for a trip to Biarritz. The area around is very quiet. Hotel was clean and the staff was really kind. It is a bit further away from town, around 15 minutes walking downhill, however the area around is beautiful. "

However, there were plenty of cafes and bars on the seafront to take advantage. Built to represent an ocean liner there were plenty of long corridors and stairs, so if you wish to test your fitness here is the opportunity. Food in the buffet restaurant was very good. "Hotel was absolutely amazing. The only caveat was there was no room service after 10pm - not even for a beverage if you wanted one. No vending machines, no staff had access to any beverages. Had to walk outside in the freezing cold to the hotel next. door to ask their lobby if they had an orange juice. "
