It is very clean, AC works perfectly, and it's easy to get everywhere. I wish I could rate it even higher. Highly recommended if you're ever in Nice. I ended up taking the stairs down often due to time. The sounds echo throughout which challenged and early bedtime. The water pressure was perfect and the staff was kind. "
