"Fantastic room with great shower. Everything great apart from service in the restaurant on the Sunday, people walked out the service was so slow. Taxi from hotel to Gliwice took a little longer than expected."

"It's a great apartment. However it listed laundry and dryer in the facilities. It only has a washing machine and a rack. We managed but couldn't do our laundry, which was why we booked that apartment. Also, although our host explained how to go between the parking and the lift, we found it very confusing. A written explanation or a map would be useful. "

"Looks like average chain hotel... but I travelled with "extra" children. Hotel was very nice about that. No extra charges, gave us a bigger room. Very friendly atmosphere, great breakfast (!) and staff, free parking. Super nice receptionist and I think it was a super nice owner taking care of each detail on the breakfast shift. I travel a lot, I'm spoiled but not often I feel that I want to comment good things ;) "

"Probably the nicest property we stayed at on our 1 month European vacation. Clean, new, spacious, well stocked . Great communication from staff. Great massage services. The hotel provides many additional services upon request (bring in breakfast, dinner, etc). "
