"The experience at this 'self service' hotel would have been five stars across the board except for the fact that we would not provided with the codes for the front door or a room. Upon arrival, I had to call the company and was told that the appropriate person would respond within 60 seconds. This did not happen and we waited for 30-45 minutes for a reply When I emailed the company as directed if we had a problem, their mailbox was full. Just as we were preparing to leave in search of another...
