"Found the room was a bit smelly on first entering it, as if someone had been smoking in the room before. Slept well. Parking was an issue as no spaces were available on arrival at the hotel, so I had to pay for parking on a nearby road/street. "

"Very pleasant stay. Very large, recently refurbished (I think) room. Shower pressure was a bit low and there could do with more (non-electric) parking spaces. Disappointing that the spa/swimming pool was closed - this wasn’t made clear at the time of booking."

"Nice touch with water in the room but feel bottle should have a cork in it also a coaster fo the Glass , was in room at front which had a lot of Road noise I know this can happen maybe secondary double glazing would help "

"Had a 1 night stay here for work purposes. Hotel was really nice & clean throughout with friendly staff from arrival to check out. The room i stayed in was a good size with a large ensuite bathroom, coffee machine & pods & a good sized comfy bed. I didnt eat in the hotel so cant comment on the food but it did smell nice however i did have a drink in the lounge area which was again a nice comfortable place to sit & relax. Would happily stay here again should i be in the area again either for work...

"Food was amazing, bar and restaurant staff were excellent. Receptionist needs training on customer service and welcoming guests. No tlc, just told us where are rooms were no information on where the spa was, that we had to book, breakfast times etc. We was the only guests at check in so not excuse she wasn't busy. Spa receptionist was moody, very funny with us for not booking in but we didnt know. Other than that all good 👍 "

"Nice bustling friendly pub. Good hearty food and a range of ales. Room clean and comfortable, but with only a roof view. (Not an issue for a short stay). Excellent range of breakfast with friendly attentive staff member. Car parking a little thin behind the pub (I was in a classic car), but free parking also available in village square opposite. Super close to Snetterton motor circuit."

"Looking forward to a nice break at a lovely location, the staff were fantastic and friendly, food was great. The drink prices were too high. The room was a let down, it was damp on entering, plenty of dust eveywhere, the noise and vibration from the road quite bad and noise from room floor above."
