"Booked this hotel a the very last minute as the one we were due to stay in had a gas leak. Room was comfy with plenty of storage space. The bed was big. I’m quite fussy when it comes to pillows so it wasn’t the best for me but others may like it. Breakfast was very nice and a wide selection to choose from. The bar area was nice and modern and all the staff were very friendly. I would happily stay there again. "

"We were really impressed considering how affordable our room was. It wasn't in the prettiest building but it was very clean and comfortable with a lovely shower. The estate itself is stunning and the house lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was top notch with a huge selection of nice quality food. We stayed with a 2 yr old and a cot was smart up for us on request. Staff were kind and understanding. Really good all round. "

The reception staff were very polite and friendly, and gave us all the information we needed for our stay and our wristbands for free entry to the Castle and grounds. Julie in the restuarant was really lovely - great personality and a high level of customer service. The dinner and breakfast were delicious - lots of choice in the buffet with also...

"Stayed one night for an early morning run in Bedgebury which was really convenient. Staff were superb, room was large and clean, parking was easy. They even let us use the facilities to shower after the run despite having checked out already. Will definitely be using this hotel again for future running events and staying in this area"
