"Unfortunately when we checked in there was some signs that the clean hadn’t been completed (toothpaste around the sink and wet, used flannel in shower). Staff were quick to rectify and very professional in their way they handled it. Pool was fun, sauna was super hot and everything else was good. Pillows were huge so take your own if you prefer something thinner! Loved the hot cookies on arrival, it was a nice touch. "
