Housekeeping could have been a bit better, as used cups and glasses in the room weren’t washed or replaced regularly, and toilet rolls weren’t replenished until there was about 5 sheets left!. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic – just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with Benidorm Palace up the road and the fantastic...

"Cozy and Relaxing. Make sure you request the shuttle 2 days before your arrival and departure from BeniConnect Car Service. Uber and Cabify doesnt work from the hotel to the airport. There is no ice machine in the room floors. Stores and supermarket closes on Sunday. Overall, a nice hotel"

"Second visit to this hotel and as good as ever. Bedrooms spotless as is hotel itself. Fantastic range of food on offer to suit everyone. Great to be able to visit 3 bars within the hotel, especially on a chilly night. Entertainment on in all bars plus happy hour 8 until 9 pm. Cannot fault the hotel, definitely 10/10. "
