"Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"

"The room was great! Floors were heated, large bathroom and bedroom. Amazing views out the windows! The facility has two restaurants that are great, the spa is amazing! They give you robes and everyone in the hotel stays in them most of the day. The underground to the theme pools is awesome! This was an amazing place to stay! "The people in this hotel are super friendly specially the waitress. We got an upgrade to a room with stairs (beautiful room), but because of my knee we couldn’t take ut. They immediately found another room and where patients until we switched the rooms. The hotel is very close to the funicular station and to the center so you don’t need the car to move around. Also we got from the hotel a transportation card making cheap and easy to go around Bolzano. Very good hotel"

They do provide a shuttle service as well, which makes our ski trip easy and comfortable. The owner and all other staff are friendly and helpful, and very clean, nice Layoutroom. "A snowy winter wonderland! This hotel exceeded all our expectations—the room, restaurant, and spa were all great. However, the best part hands down was the staff! Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. It’s a fun spot for families, but amidst the kids and activities we still had a lovely romantic visit because of the extra special touches that were made for us(Grazie Sergio!)"
