"I booked this hotel seven months in advance, primarily to watch the Giro. When we arrived at the hotel, we found it was closed for the season. We missed the Giro and had to scramble for a room. They wasted a day, and the primary purpose, of my vacation. Then it took me a month to get my money back because they apparently ignored Travelocity's attempts to contact them. The owners of this hotel are scum, and you would be foolish to rely on Travelocity when they tell you that the room is booked and...

"We absolutely loved staying at Adler! I'd definitely return for a visit someday. The spa was fabulous, the service was wonderful, everyone was incredibly friendly, the amenities were top notch, and the breakfast was delicious. "Wonderful hotel and an excellent breakfast. The owners are super people and treat their guests as family. We had a mountain-facing balcony view that was absolutely stunning. Some guests mentioned the WiFi and it’s true that it comes and goes in and out; however, downstairs in the bar area, the signal is very strong. So, if you plan on hiding out in your room and streaming videos, etc, don’t count on it. If that’s not the case, we highly recommend this hotel. "

"It is a fantastic hotel with a tremendous staff but I had the tiniest shower ever which made it quite difficult and annoying to use it. literally 0.5x0.5m. This is ridiculous and makes the overall experience not so pleasant. "

"The 2 nights stay at Stadt Hotel was excellent. Staffs were friendly & kind. Check in was fast, and the apple strudel welcome dessert was excellent. Piazza Walther was just 2 minutes walk & surrounding were filled with good restaurants. My first impression with Bolzano was great. "

"Hotel is good, front desk is great...they do their best to help. Breakfast was really nice... We had three rooms in two days... First room...wrong bed arrangement. Second room ...a hummer noise with the heater after the first night and the hotel DID NO HAVE any maintenance support available and it was a Friday. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage.
