"We booked as an overnight stop on a long drive so we were grateful for a good room and an easy location not far from the main route we were travelling. We were grateful to find a good hotel that was dog friendly as we were travelling with our Cocker Spaniel. The room was a little worn in places but otherwise a very good stay. Good value for an overnight stop. "

The Dinner had a good selection of dishes and the food was delicious and well presented. The Continental Breakfast very good too. The Staff were so Friendly and helpful. The owners have clearly spent a lot of time curating the decorative furniture, from the classic bicycle in the courtyard to the classical wash stand. The rooms are comfortable and there is a vast array of complimentary infusions available on the landing. Very convenient location if you’re heading for the ferry at Santander. "
