"This is a beautiful little boutique hotel. The room was clean, spacious and elegantly decorated. I had a lovely view of lake Ohrid. The location is unbeatable, minutes away from the lake itself in old town Ohrid, although this makes it a bit hard to get to via car; recommend taking taxi instead of trying to drive yourself. "Great spot, friendly staff, parking is outside of the Old town, so you do have to walk a little from the car. Breakfast was great, with the local food spread. Service was great, not 24/7. Make sure to get two room keys, because if one stops working and you are out at night, it will be an issue getting back to the room. Emilija the manager was wonderful, thanks. "

"This hotel was very dirty and stinky. We have travelled all over the world and understand that a 5 star hotel means different things in different countries, but this hotel was just nasty. Maybe it was a 5 star hotel 50 years ago, but not any more. We did stay over night because we had nowhere else to go and got out of there in the morning. The hotel refused to give us a refund for the remaining nights, claiming they have a strict cancellation policy. I just wanted to show my Canadian husband...

"I booked the property through expedia. On day we were to arrive the property told us that they did not have our reservation and were fully booked. Then when going through Expedia for a refund I was told the property was not giving one? Not sure how you took my money but don't work with Expedia and have no rooms available? Called the property multiple times with no answer for any type of clarification, all done through Expedia messages. Horrible experience and had to book elsewhere "
