"Property is on a hill with several signs leading to it and a very small area for parking. There was no reception area and no indication of where to go. We literally walked into one of the doors, walked down a hall and found our names on pieces of paper stuck in the doors. One room had a leak in the bathroom. "Great spot, friendly staff, parking is outside of the Old town, so you do have to walk a little from the car. Breakfast was great, with the local food spread. Service was great, not 24/7. Make sure to get two room keys, because if one stops working and you are out at night, it will be an issue getting back to the room. Emilija the manager was wonderful, thanks. "

"I stayed in this hotel with my daughter for a quick visit in Ohrid. The receptionists were accommodating and the restaurant staff were helpful. The food in the breakfast buffet were not great. The room was dirty & dusty. The cleaner simply empties the bin and didn't clean our room. I had to prompt her to vacuum. Our booked room was a regular room and when I saw it, it was so disappointing. My daughter & I travel quite often and I can say that it's never a 4 star standard, not even 3 star!...

"We stayed at Villa Chingo for 3 nights in the top floor 3 person room. The accomodation had amazing balcony views and was the perfect place for a peaceful start to our holiday. The premises were clean and there were kitchen facilities to use. The host Lupco was great- very friendly and helpful- he was always available for any questions and help. The one downside is that the location is quite far from Ohrid town, so unless you want peaceful break or have a car, it may be a task to get a cab or use local buses. There is a nearby restaurant which is amazing and a small conveniece store 15 mins walk. Id highly recommend considering these premises."
