Problem is that their central AC only either heats or cools and when you arrive during the shoulder season some guests want to regulate the heat up and down and some want to regulate the AC up and down. He also happily upgraded my room after a misunderstanding on the booking. Downsides were, no restaurant, which I took as a given when the hotel has photographs of meals on its various sites.
