"Fast check-in process. We arrive earlier than check-in time and they were able to accommodate us with 3 out of our 4 rooms. Special thanks to Aiza and Estafania for their great service. Rooms were clean but small. Location was perfect for exploring Burgos Cathedral and old town. Only downside is the weather was usually hot for April and AC was not turned on at hotel until the later warmer months. Hotel was able to provide us with a fan. Overall a great stay. We enjoyed Burgos"

"We absolutely loved it. The every single member of staff we met were really friendly and helpful - the bar is absolutely amazing, the food was excellent- the room was beautiful- nothing whatsoever to complain about - and to top it off - the price was below expectations- we will be back "

"During the afternoon, when I come back from the city I saw a two grups of poeple making check in. I went to my room and I close with security. While I was there there were some people trying to open my room, I go and open the door and said there is some one I think you were wrong with your room number, but they have the same room number as me, but they key doesn't work. They went to reception. After some minutes, again someone was opening the door, that time it was the receptionist. She was surprised that I was in the room, and she apologies. It was the same receptionist that attend to me."
