"Lovely hotel, in particular the view was incredible. Very quiet off season, own private beach. Though it is a very new hotel and still bits under construction - eg car park, spa etc. Though would still recommend once completely finished. Breakfast also a little basic though ok. "

"Great hotel in amazing location just next to the beach. Reception staff were incredibly helpful & everyone was very friendly & welcoming. Lovely breakfast buffet included for free. This had a wide range of food and plenty of choices. Sunloungers & beach towels also included for free which saved lots of money as these cost 10euros for 2 elsewhere. "The hotel was lovely, very modern. Close to the beach, local restaurants and shops. The staff were so friendly that after moving to a different hotel in Ksamil that we had pre booked - on our way back (having checked out 4 days prior but sarenda is closer to the port and we had quite a few hours to kill) they let us store our suitcases there for no extra cost even helped us load them in and out the taxi. "Amazing location with a spectacular view. Felt like we were in the Himalayas! It’s a hair-raising drive up but worth it. Joanna welcomed us and made us feel at home. The thick bearskin-type blankets were fabulous and kept us warm all night. Because we were there off-season, there were no amenities to speak of. Five day trip to Saranda

It’s positioned on a private beach with stunning views of the bay. Vila Kalcuni is a real retreat set in lovely surroundings. The pool and bar area is very new and is immaculate. In fact the entire hotel is spotless and extremely well maintained. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at ! The room was very comfortable with amazing views from the balcony. Breakfast was very good, fresh and plentiful and is served in a lovely restaurant. The manager and staff team are so friendly and welcoming, they work tirelessly and want to ensure that your stay is going well. Would fully recommend staying here and can’t wait to return."
