"Newly refurbished hotel with lovely views out to sea. Some of the staff were friendly and very helpful, some slightly blunt and borderline rude. Food in the hotel was good, and the bar down on the beach good too. Beach area was very crowded with sun loungers packed in to the max (but this is pretty common across Sarande). If you are looking for a chilled out beach attached to your hotel, this is probably not it. If you want something a bit more lively with lots of people around the this might...

"We were worried at first because the hotel is quite far from the bay and staff said a taxi is 15 euros; however, it is a nice walk with lots of shops and restaurants along the way and it didn't take more than a half hour. We got a private taxi back for 10 euros. Hotel is brand new, pool is lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Nice staff. Thank you!"

"We stayed for a few days and enjoyed the place more each day. The staff at the restaurant inside the hotel was very kind and helpful. The hotel is very well built and they have spared no expense to get the best materials. The food is delicious and abundant. Breakfast is included and it is very generous and very high quality food. If you could think of it, they had it. The wood fire pizza was very good. We look forward to returning to Sole Luna in Borsh, Albania again. Shumë faleminderit! "

"Resort staff were friendly and amenities were quite nice. The elevator consistently made a loud honking sound which was mildly disturbing. Cleaning staff did however rummage through our belongings and move around our personal effects, and also had a special pack of cigarettes go missing, there was no option to reduce cleaning service which we normally do."

"The staff at Vila Kalcuni ( especially Jona) took great care of us and speak English well. The rooms are small but thoughtfully designed and equipped. It's walkable to the port and the waterfront. "

"The hotel was lovely, very modern. Close to the beach, local restaurants and shops. The staff were so friendly that after moving to a different hotel in Ksamil that we had pre booked - on our way back (having checked out 4 days prior but sarenda is closer to the port and we had quite a few hours to kill) they let us store our suitcases there for no extra cost even helped us load them in and out the taxi. Cannot fault this hotel at all they could maybe use a pool but they’re so close to the sea...

"Beautiful stay on a gorgeous farm with views of the mountains. In spring, the olive trees and roses were in bloom- gorgeous. The special teas they grow and serve are incredible. This was a wonderful 2 nighrs of peace as we toured Albania. "

They offer trnasfer orn"taxi" but they over-priced the rate. I didn't like that The cost of a taxi is between 8 to 10 € they charged us 20. Other than that we had a good stay. "
