"There was no one available to check me in. When someone came, they had "forgotten" about my reservation and then asked me if it was only one night. Acted bothered when I said it was 3 nights booked months prior. The fridge in the room was off and hot. No iron, not even a kettle for tea or coffee. They said I was the only one in the "castle" so I wondered in the kitchen and the OPENED rooms looking for a kettle only to realized I was NOT alone. Upon arrival, there were two stains on the outdated, cheap hotel which is not up to standard for a hotel listed as 4 stars. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. They used our balcony as a storage unit for towels and sheets which we found rude. Although we booked the cheapest room, this is not acceptable. Misleading...

"Definitely not a four star hotel. The rooms were big and the ones with the sea view bad an amazing view. But the rooms had issues as it they needed maintenance. The main door lock was broken and one day we found the room open. It was not closing properly and even the new room we were moved to had issues with lock. The toilet seats were not stable at both rooms and both rooms cabin doors mechanisms were partially broken and do the doors were not closing properly. Some window blinds were again not...

"The room was exceptional, classy and spacious. The hotel is very close to the main village of the area but a vehicle is needed for everything. There is no view to the sea but stands on a hill and feels close to the nature. Nice and tasty options/offer for the breakfast, a la carte style with the pre ordering from the previous day."
