"Great location & pleasant, helpful staff. Room was a bit disappointing - we needed a walk-in shower facility (rather than a shower over bath) and were helpfully accommodated but the room was dark & drab with little wardrobe provision. Whilst the bathroom was very accessible for those with restricted mobility, access to the balcony was via a very high step with no support rails making it unusable. From our experience, website images are a lot more flattering than reality. "

"Its a case of 5 stars for the hotel, 0 stars for the experience. The hotel will say it's off season, as a guest there's no such thing. Apart from the building site opposite that starts at 6:30am with trucks & diggers night 2 was an event. The event started late afternoon with night club volume music and by 9pm seemed to be never ending. A trip to reception assured me this would be over soon. When I asked what will you say when I return at 10pm they said that would not happen. At 10pm a manager...

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The cabins are clean and efficient and we enjoyed sitting on the porch in the afternoons. The staff were very friendly to us non-French speaking folks. "Small boutique hotel that couldn’t be better located in Cap Ferret. The rooms are small but nice. The one thing I will note is that I booked on hotels.com and when I checked in, the lady handling the check-in mentioned breakfast was available in the restaurant off the lobby. I enquired if she was sure breakfast was included and she said yes. I had paid €400 per night so assumed she was correct. On checkout, the same lady said it hadn’t been included so ended up paying €50 for two breakfasts that...
