It says it is a 4.5 star hotel but there was no restaurant, no bar, no pool bar and breakfast was terrible and the same every day with no choice and nothing hot (unless you count warmish toast). The staff did not care, all they want is to make money and when we spoke to locals on the beach or in the town who knew the hotel they said that they have a terrible reputation locally. "Just came back from the posada, in high season. Just as I entered the room I killed 2 huge spiders, in just 30 minutes I killed 10 more. I asked the cleaner to bring me something to kill them, and to let the owner/administrator know that my room probably had a spider nest somewhere. The cleaner came back saying that the owner offered us an upgrade for 850 dollars more per night...not even an apology, nor a solution, that was probably the most unprofessional and unpolite answer I have ever been...
