"The breakfast buffet was just ok but it was fast and included into the room price. The caiparinas and mojitos at the bar were strong. The room had great water pressure. The conditions of the room were notably good however the WiFi signal couldn’t pass through the thick wall so no Netflix or YouTube or any channels were available. The TV was just an ornament. "This is a very nice Mercure Hotel. It is a 15 minute ride to town; however, the taxi ride cost is only approximately $6 US dollars. The breakfast cost is $25 USD; however, it is excellent and plentiful. The service at the hotel, from the reception desk to housekeeping is excellent. Internet reception is very good. We did not use the pool nor the spa, so I can’t comment. "

"I am not sure how to evaluate this place. The Lodges where we were placed first was a terrible place, full with all type of insects and spiders. The people at the hotel were very gentle and took care immediately of our request for a change of room, and moved us the the main hotel, which was really nice.
