Positive, Robert arranged an upgrade (extra cost). Appreciated upgrade but disappointed with the original room allocation. "Pros: The service was great! Buffet breakfast good selection. Near many restaurants and shops. Cons: the parking was shared between 5 hotels over our 5 night stay we were able to park there one time. We had to park a good distance away from hotel. I would not consider this beachfront, as there were a mini shop and restaurant between front door of hotel and beach.
