Buffet Breakfast was included and was a good selection of meats, cheeses and breads with some scrambled egg, sausage and pancakes as a heated choice. "Overall, this is a great property with large rooms and modern amenities in the room. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our room did back on the a construction site, which was noisy. This was acknowledged by the hotel. The shower needs a full door, as the bathroom floor gets extremely wet when anyone showers. Lighting in the bathroom was quite dark. Overall, well worth the price we paid. "

I answered that I didn't realise such necessity from my booking confirmation and on Hotels.com was only info that venue has a parking place.
